The village's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Hev-g̈îqa Fêkê Bî is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow packed earth streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The village emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The minimaly adiquite have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Hev-g̈îqa Fêkê Bî was attacked by a slaver gang capable of fielding large forces. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Hev-g̈îqa Fêkê Bî lost 211 people, 204 livestock, and 53 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 157, when members of Hev-g̈îqa Fêkê Bî's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a specific enemy faction leader. The operation was complicated by the army being put into a position where they could only choose between two terrible options. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in victory for Hev-g̈îqa Fêkê Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Hev-g̈îqa Fêkê Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
